What a beautiful day it is to be alive,
Something we can tell ourselves as we rise
Let’s let this feeling catch light
And show us more of life
Let it open our ears a little more
To catch the sounds of morning tweets
Let’s let it give a kick to our beat
Let’s let it help widen our smile as we open the door
And let’s show life what we’re here for
Let’s let the colours in the sky open our eyes
And we greet the day like a big surprise
Twist & twirl, jump & sing
Don’t expect to be happy all the time
But always open your heart to what love can bring
Open those blinds, never close away
Even when we feel some hurts
Greet that brand new day
Greet it like life is opportunity
It is building blocks
But it is never set in stone
Use it to bring colours together,
To merge shade & tone
Make it your own
A painting you see before your eyes
And take it all in, because time flies
